Project Overview: A complex civils design and build contract, in a live school courtyard, containing challenging logistics. Deep drainage connections of live storm and foul water systems with several attenuation tanks to be installed, removal & relocation of live services to accommodate new building positions. New building services, drainage, foundations, retaining walls, hard landscaping delivered in fast-paced programme. The project scope continually accommodated client and end-user variations, which included a 2nd structure – delivered within the original contract duration. Project completed on time for September 2020 opening in spite of COVID complications.
