Project Overview: Acute Civil Engineering were commissioned to undertake the enabling works package in 2 phases for this scheme.

The 1^st phase was to erect temporary timber hoarding, demolish 5 derelict commercial units, grub up, remove several redundant underground services, and recycle hardcore from the demolition activities.

The 2^nd phase plan consists of;

• Undertaking vegetation spraying and tree felling
• Reduce level dig
• Cut and fill for pile mats using recycled material from phase 1 demolition works
• Full testing regime of materials and platforms
• Removal of further redundant services
• Backfilling of redundant high pressure gas mains with a engineered solution.
