Project Overview: This project is for a new two-storey modular building, providing an open-plan office. Acute Civil Engineering has been instructed to undertake the following civil engineering works at Russell’s Building, Stoke.  Our contracted works are as follows;

• Site clearance & enabling works
• Excavation and disposal of redundant materials
• Foundation installation for the main office block and link structure, including works for lift pit base
• New surface and foul drainage network, including storm water collectors and grouting of existing redundant network
• RC works to walls & slabs
• Installation of ducting for M&E services
• Hard landscaping
• Soft landscaping.
