Project Overview: Design and build scheme to accommodate 2nr off-site constructed modules for an extension to a doctor’s surgery, placed on an existing bank. Works consisted of new foul and surface drainage, incoming water & electricity services, mass fill concrete foundations, and a brick-clad concrete retaining wall along with hard landscaping.
